Welcome to the utopian world woven by Sweden’s Cirkus Cirkör, between fantasy and visual poetry.

The poetic contemporary circus company Cirkus Cirkör returns to Heerlen with their groundbreaking performance Knitting Peace. A spectacle of dance, music and acrobatics – both on the ground and high above the stage – in a world of threads, yarn, tangles and ropes; from entire tapestries to tiny strings that can change the landscape in an instant. The acrobats and the audience follow the threads to peace in this visual circus performance accompanied by beautiful live music.
